SHIPPING POLICY

You want your stuff, and we want to get it to you!  We are proud to have the fastest fulfillment timeframe in the industry, with an average ship time over 30 days of less than 36 hours.

At Boutique by the Box, we take care of all shipping costs for standard shipping. Our team is dedicated to processing and dispatching all orders promptly, and most orders ship within 4–7 business days.

Please note that we aim to ship your order within a reasonable timeframe. However, if an order is delayed in fulfillment, we do not accept order cancellations before the 10th business day from the date of purchase. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage and fulfill all orders.

Standard Domestic Ground Shipping to the contiguous US is included with each sale.  Expedited and International shipping options are available for an additional charge.  These charges vary by item but will be quoted before your purchase is completed.  Boutique by the Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Standard Shipping parcels may be delivered by the carrier of our choosing and shipping time varies based on the carrier.  If you have specific delivery needs or instructions, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.  Because our orders are fulfilled quickly, we may not be able to honor delayed requests.  A SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY, so please make sure you follow your tracking updates to make sure someone is available to sign for your delivery.

We are unable to ship to any address other than the one provided during checkout. If, after placing your order, you realize that your shipping address on your account is wrong, please immediately contact our support team to change your shipping address. You may also update your shipping address on your customer profile inside your account dashboard.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped, or if you have signed up for SMS alerts, you will receive a text message. These notifications will include a tracking URL so you can see real-time status updates.
